This week on The Next Iron Chef, Indian cuisine seemed to be a real obstacle for the contestants, plus the added stress that this test resulted in a double elimination. The contestants were given two hours to make a five-course Indian feast. Oh the pressure! Some fell short, and Chef Trevino , a fan favorite, was asked to go packing. Check out my exclusive interview below for his thoughts on the show and the elimination.

Were you surprised to be in the bottom two this week? Did the double elimination put a great deal more pressure on you?
Well. you never really expect to be eliminated, but I have to admit, in this case, I did. This whole thing (the show) was so new for me. I had a bad feeling that morning it was time for me to say my goodbyes. Just a gut feeling I had.
